Used items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.

For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from adjustments. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

[About Watch Warranty]

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers the mechanical part (movement) only.
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, and bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
