Even for new and unused leather or synthetic leather products, indentations or creases may occur during storage, but this is not a product defect.
Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
Band size adjustments are offered as a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

●The following cases will be subject to a fee even during the warranty period:

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere.

●Warranty Period

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
The 1-month warranty does not cover repairs and will be handled as a return and refund.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
