• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or incorrect sizing. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner's), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the movement (mechanical parts).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be handled for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

＜Eligible Products for Warranty＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and external parts such as the case, band, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty for malfunctions or damage.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
