To customers ordering watches:

  • Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may show indentations or creases from storage, but this is not a product defect.
  • Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
  • Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
  • For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from adjustments. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner's), we have processed it to be unreadable.
  • If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. When inquiring about products, please provide the product number.
