[About Watch Warranty]

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by improper use by the customer or dropping the item.
Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repair or overhaul performed outside of our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
The 1-month warranty does not cover repairs and will result in a return and refund.
Malfunctions or damage to accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products that do not come with any warranty.
