• Even for new and unused leather or synthetic leather products, indentations or creases may occur during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or discrepancies in size. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (of a previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Coverage

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, crystals, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends external parts replacement or other services beyond basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, these services are not covered by our warranty.

• Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, crystal, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, and returns/refunds will be processed instead.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
