  • For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

Warranty Details

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, crystals, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • When repairing antique and vintage watches, substitute parts, not genuine parts, may be used.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If, after purchase, a manufacturer recommends exterior parts replacement or other services beyond basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.
● In the following cases, a fee will be charged even within the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or dropping the item.
  • Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, crystal, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or other calamities.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

● Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so it will be handled as a return and refund.
  • Accuracy and damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
