【To Customers Ordering Watches】

  • Even new and unused leather or synthetic leather products may have pressure marks or creases from storage, but this is not a defect.
  • Used items may have damages not visible in images or described, so please refrain from ordering if you are particularly concerned.
  • Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed with changes due to aging. Basically, there will be scratches and dirt from use.
  • Band size adjustments are free only for removing links. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches or incorrect sizes caused by adjustments. Also, adding links or punching holes in leather bands is not accepted.
  • If personal information (previous owner) is recorded on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

【Regarding Watch Warranty】

  • Functional defects (natural failures) occurring under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products difficult to repair, refunds may be provided.
  • For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
  • Repairs after the warranty period will be charged.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery and use within Japan.
  • After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts beyond basic maintenance, but this is not covered by our warranty.

  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
  • When consumable materials or parts are damaged and need replacement.
  • Changes in appearance such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, and discoloration of the dial that occur during use.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, earthquakes, etc.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or disassembly cleaning (overhaul) performed outside our store.

●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For 1-month warranty products, repairs are not available; returns and refunds will be provided.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, glass, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products that come with no warranty at all.
