• Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that occur with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustment, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Also, adding links or punching holes in leather straps cannot be accommodated.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Eligible Products for Warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
