【To Customers Ordering Watches】

  • Even new and unused leather or synthetic leather products may have pressure marks or creases from storage, but this is not a defect.
  • Used items may have damage not visible in images or not described, so please refrain from ordering if you are particularly concerned.
  • Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed with changes due to aging. They basically have scratches and dirt from use.
  • Band size adjustments are free of charge for link removal only. We cannot accept complaints about scratches or incorrect sizes resulting from adjustments. Also, adding links or punching holes in leather bands cannot be accommodated.
  • If personal information (previous owner) is recorded on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

【About the Watch Warranty】

  • Functional defects (natural failures) occurring under normal usage conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, refunds may be provided.
  • For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
  • Repairs after the warranty period will be charged.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery and use within Japan.
  • After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts beyond basic maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.

  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or dropping.
  • When consumable materials or parts are damaged and need to be replaced.
  • Changes in appearance such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, and discoloration of the dial that occur during use.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, earthquakes, and other such events.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or disassembly cleaning (overhaul) performed outside our store.

●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For 1-month warranty products, repairs cannot be performed, so returns and refunds will be handled.
  • Malfunctions or damage to accuracy, case, belt, glass, crown, and other exterior parts are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: These products come with no warranty at all.
