<Warranty Coverage>

  • Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If, after purchase, the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.
●In the following cases, a fee will be charged even within the warranty period
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
  • Damage to consumable materials or parts that requires replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere.

  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so a return and refund will be provided.
  • Malfunctions or damage to accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
