• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims related to scratches resulting from adjustments or size discrepancies, so please understand. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜About Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).

• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.
