• Even for new and unused leather and synthetic leather products, indentations or creases may occur during storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not captured in images or not mentioned in the description; if you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They generally show scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies, so please be aware. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps, etc.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired/adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so we will offer a return and refund.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
