• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• For the 1-month warranty, since repair is not possible, a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
