• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description; therefore, those who are particularly concerned should refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where changes due to age are to be appreciated. They generally have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, only link removal is offered as a free service. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, adding links or punching holes in leather straps is not possible.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, crystal, bracelet, and leather strap are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be handled for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, and it will be handled as a return and refund.
• Accuracy and damage or malfunction of exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products without any warranty.
