• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If there is personal information (previous owner) on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Coverage

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural failure) that occur under normal use conditions.
• The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
