About Watch Warranty

Warranty Details

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
  • When repairing antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you ask the manufacturer for maintenance after purchase, you may be recommended to replace external parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.
● In the following cases, a fee will be charged even within the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
  • Damage to consumable parts or components that requires replacement.
  • Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or geological changes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere.

Eligible Products for Warranty

Limited to products with a warranty (※Please refer to the product details tab for more information).
● Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed instead.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
