• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size differences resulting from the adjustment. Furthermore, we cannot accommodate adding links or punching holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical movement.

• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

• For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not available, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
