  • Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have pressure marks or creases from storage, but this is not a product defect.
  • Pre-owned items may have damage not captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
  • Antique and vintage items are products meant for you to enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
  • For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size differences resulting from the adjustment. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If personal information (previous owner) is written on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

Warranty Details

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, we may offer a refund.
  • When repairing antique and vintage watches, replacement parts, not genuine parts, may be used.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.
●The following cases will incur a charge even during the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect customer use or dropping.
  • Damage to consumable materials or parts that requires replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or geological changes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • The 1-month warranty does not cover repairs, so a return and refund will be provided.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
