Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description; if you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from previous use.
Regarding band size adjustment, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches incurred during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If personal information (previous owner) is written on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

[Watch Warranty]

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or by dropping the item.
When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear, or discoloration of the dial, case, glass, or bracelet.
Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products that do not come with any warranty.
