About watch warranty:

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will not be covered by our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
