• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They typically show scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Coverage

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, crystals, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, and a return/refund will be processed instead.
• Accuracy and damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
