About Watch Warranty

Warranty Details

  • Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, crystals, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be subject to a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.
● In the following cases, a fee will be charged even within the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or by dropping the item.
  • When consumable parts or components are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, crystal, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or geological changes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
