Even for new and unused leather or synthetic leather products, indentations or creases may occur during storage, but this is not a product defect.
Pre-owned items may have damage not captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
Band size adjustments are offered as a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from the adjustment. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by the customer's incorrect use or dropping.
When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

● Warranty Period

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For the 1-month warranty, as repairs cannot be provided, a return and refund will be issued.
Accuracy and damage or malfunction of exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
