• Pre-owned items may have damage not captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free service for link removal only. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is written on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Coverage

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside our warranty coverage.

• Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
• Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.
• Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or geological changes.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
