• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from adjustments. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, we may offer a refund.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be subject to a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

Eligible Products for Warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranty, as repairs are not possible, we will process returns/refunds.
• Accuracy and external parts such as the case, strap, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty for malfunctions or damage.
• No warranty: Products without any warranty.
