• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not listed in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or size discrepancies. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is written on the guarantee, we have processed it to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so a return and refund will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products without any warranty.
