• Used items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size differences resulting from the adjustment. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repairs are not available, and returns/refunds will be offered instead.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
