  • Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may develop press marks or kinks during storage, but this is not a product defect.
  • Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
  • Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and stains from use.
  • Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free "link removal" service only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.
  • If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. When inquiring about a product, please provide the product number.

About Watch Warranty

Warranty Coverage

  • Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, crystals, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts or performing maintenance other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will be outside the scope of our warranty.
●The following cases will be subject to a fee even during the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping of the product by the customer.
  • Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
  • Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear, or discoloration of the case, crystal, bracelet, or dial.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so it will be handled as a return or refund.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
