• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have pressure marks or kinks from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and stains from previous use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims for scratches resulting from adjustment or for incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Coverage

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be provided.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
