About Watch Warranty

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

●The following cases will be subject to charges even within the warranty period:

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or seismic activity.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For the 1-month warranty, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be issued.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
