• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in the images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally show scratches and dirt from use.
• We offer free band size adjustment only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Malfunctions or damage to accuracy, case, band, crystal, crown, and other exterior parts are not covered by the warranty.
• No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
