• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have impressions or creases from storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies, so please be aware of this. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will not be covered by our warranty.

• Damage to consumable parts or components that require replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available; therefore, returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
