• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).

• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.

• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
