• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustment, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Coverage

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, replacement parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be subject to a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace external parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• 1-month warranty items are not eligible for repair and will be handled as returns/refunds.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to external parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
