• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or size differences. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be performed at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be issued.
• Malfunctions or damage to accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
