To customers ordering watches:

  • Even if products are new and unused, leather or synthetic leather products may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not a product defect.
  • Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
  • Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
  • For band size adjustment, we offer link removal as a free service. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If the guarantee includes personal information (previous owner), we will process it to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty:

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical part (movement).
  • The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.
●The following cases will incur a charge even within the warranty period:
  • Breakdown or damage due to improper use by the customer or dropping, etc.
  • When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Breakdown or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
  • Breakdown or damage caused by repair or overhaul performed outside of our store.

●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
  • Accuracy and damage or defects to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
