Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may show indentations or creases from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
Antique and vintage items are products to enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing, so please be aware of this. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If the guarantee includes personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical part (movement).
The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Breakdown or damage due to incorrect use by the customer or dropping the item.
Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches or wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Breakdown or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
Breakdown or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
Accuracy and external parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty for defects or damage.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
