  • For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

Warranty Coverage

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be subject to a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.
●The following cases will incur a charge even within the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
  • When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed outside of our store.

●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
