• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have impressions or creases from storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Used items may have damage not shown in the images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for removing links only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is written on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Coverage

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear, or discoloration of the case, glass, bracelet, or dial.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
