• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we only offer free link removal services. We cannot accept claims related to scratches resulting from adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is only valid for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For items with a 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Items with no warranty whatsoever.
