• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or size differences, so please understand. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (of the previous owner), we have processed it to be unreadable.

＜About Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, replacement parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, as repairs cannot be performed, returns and refunds will be offered.
• Failures or damage to accuracy, and exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
