• Pre-owned items may have damage not captured in images or not mentioned in the description; therefore, customers who are particularly concerned should refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, only link removal is offered as a free service. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Also, adding links or punching holes in leather straps is not available.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical movement.
• Cases, glass, bracelets, and leather straps are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be handled for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• For 1-month warranties, since repair is not possible, a return and refund will be offered.

• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
