• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and stains from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or discrepancies in size. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but these will not be covered by our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and damage or malfunctions of exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
