• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for the changes that occur over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Contents＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, we may offer a refund.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts that requires replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

• Malfunction or damage caused by repair or overhaul performed by a party other than our store.

＜Eligible Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, and a return/refund will be processed.
• Malfunctions or damage to accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
