• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may show indentations or slight deformities from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that occur over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, only link removal is offered as a free service. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is present on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
• For antique and vintage watches, replacement parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be offered at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

• Malfunctions or damage caused by repair or overhaul performed by a party other than our store.

Eligible Products for Warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For a 1-month warranty, repair is not available, and a return/refund will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
