About Watch Warranty

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage due to incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
When consumable parts or components are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

●Warranty Period

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For the 1-month warranty, as repair is not possible, a return and refund will be issued.
Accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
