• Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for the changes that occur over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is only offered as a free service for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
• Changes in appearance due to use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not available, and a return/refund will be offered instead.
• Accuracy and damage or malfunction of exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
