For Customers Ordering Watches

Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may develop pressure marks or creases during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in the images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from adjustments. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

●The following cases will be charged even within the warranty period:

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect customer use or dropping.
When consumable parts or components are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

●Warranty Period

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
