• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about such details, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They typically have scratches and stains from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing, so please be aware of this. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps, etc.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner's), we have processed it to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, crystals, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

＜Eligible Warranty Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
